From a family business to an industry leader
1964 - The beginning
Our story began in 1964, when Laurent Heine founded the company under the name GORMOTOR, distributing “Bernard” engines in the Walloon region. In 1988, under the leadership of brothers Alain and Olivier Heine, the business evolved into La Maison du Moteur, expanding into motorised tools and technical services.
A Passion for Lubricants
Over time, our passion for mechanics led to the creation of a dedicated Lubricants division “Power”, focused on offering tailored solutions to meet growing industry demands.
2016 - The Birth of Belub
In 2016, the BELUB name was born. With the establishment of BELUB sa and a move to our new headquarters in Liège, we reinforced our commitment to delivering top-tier lubrication solutions for a wide range of industries.
2020 - Belub and Prolub join forces
Under the leadership of Olivier Leclercq, Belub and Prolub act together as a group across Belgium and Luxembourg: market share expansion, logistic capabilities development and technical & commercial presence on the ground close to our customer reinforced.

Today, BELUB blends family values, technical expertise, and global partnerships to support businesses across Belgium and Luxembourg.
